This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share the information you provide when you visit or use bojangles.com. It also explains how you can get information or express concerns about the site.

Personally Identifiable Information
We may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, physical address, email address, telephone number, and credit card number, when you provide that information to us. This personally identifiable information, along with information you provide about Bojangles’ restaurants you have visited, may be collected for purposes such as communicating with you about upcoming events and promotions, offering you products and services and making it possible for you to shop online, getting your feedback, making it possible for you to participate in Bojangles’ E-Club, and helping you use our website.
Additional personally identifiable information may be collected if you request information about franchise opportunities or employment opportunities on the website. This information is used only to evaluate your experience and qualifications for these opportunities.

Bojangles’ also collects non-personally identifiable information through various means. With your consent, vendors that perform services for us may use your geolocation data to help you find a Bojangles’ restaurant or to determine which location you are nearest to when you complete a customer feedback form. Pixel tags (sometimes called “clear GIFs”) are small graphic files, invisible to the human eye, that allow websites or other online services to track users. Bojangles’ uses pixel tags to determine the users who were exposed to a Bojangles’ display or social media advertisement, what percent clicked through and actually loaded the bojangles.com website. We do not use pixel tags to collect personally identifiable information.
Children’s Privacy
Bojangles’ takes special precautions with children’s privacy, and we have developed privacy practices in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).
We do not actively seek personally identifiable information about children under the age of 13, and bojangles.com is not intended for use by children younger than 13.
